Luzerne Consulting, LLC is a project and construction management firm with the mission to assist owners with successful delivery of their development projects. By functioning as the owner’s representative, we handle day-to-day obligations, allowing the client to focus on their business.

Whether you are considering new construction, a renovation, or looking to assess your existing facility, we provide a full scope of consulting services from project scoping through project closeout, or any combination as needed.

We shape our services to fit a specific client type as well as project category:
• Businesses: whether renovating an existing space or constructing new, our role is handing all tasks required to make you fully operational in your new space, while you focus on your business.
• Developers: we function as your on-site presence, manage design and construction teams, and assist with creating management methods for future projects.
• Non-profit & faith-based organizations: we build consensus amongst stakeholders, guide scope discussions to meet the budget, and manage design and construction phases.
• Property owners: we assist with major repairs or renovations, provide ongoing communication to occupants, and develop long-term goals for maintenance.

Luzerne also provides professional services to architects and engineers when a local presence is needed, oversee contract administration, ensure work conforms to contract requirements, or manage bidding. We can also assist contractors by filling in gaps as needed for permitting, meeting facilitation, or project closeout.
