Harrisburg, PA – September 23, 2025 – Landmark Commercial Realty, a trusted name in

commercial real estate since 1988, proudly announces the launch of LCR Property

Management, a new division, specializing in property management and facility planning. The

new property management arm will offer property owners across South Central Pennsylvania

access to a higher caliber of management, expertise, and execution.

For years, Landmark’s Chief Operating Officer, Barb Murdocca, recognized property

management as an untapped opportunity to bring added value to the regional market. With an

extensive background managing more than one million square feet of Class A office space in

Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, Murdocca envisioned raising the standard for

property management in Central Pennsylvania.

This vision steadily became a reality through strategic planning and expansion, culminating in

the formation of LCR Property Management. Facility Planning services was added four years

ago led by Colleen Erickson, NCIDQ. The property management team was further strengthened

by the recent addition of Casey Thomas, who has specialized experience from her extensive

tenure managing medical facilities at UPMC.

LCR Property Management currently oversees approximately 1.4 million square feet of

commercial real estate assets throughout South Central Pennsylvania for a select ownership list.

The team focuses on proactive property management, facility planning, and tenant engagement
