CAMP HILL, PA – [March 10, 2026] - Landmark Commercial Realty advanced its

early-year momentum through February, completing a diverse slate of transactions

across Central Pennsylvania. The continued activity highlights rising confidence among

both investors and tenants.

Landmark completed several high-value sales in February, including one of the region’s

largest industrial trades of the year:

York – 20 Flour Mill Road: Spectre Flour Mill LLC purchased the 66,000 SF industrial

building for $7,150,000. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, CEO & Managing Principal, and Adam

Boussatta, MBA, Associate, represented the seller.

Gettysburg – 1030 & 1036 Fairfield Road: A 5,313 SF mixed-use property sold for

$405,000. Sean Fitzsimmons, Director of Sales and Leasing, and Trey Brakefield,

Associate, represented the seller.

Mechanicsburg – 4840 E Trindle Road: A 1,527 SF retail property sold for $225,000. The

property will become home to a new podiatry practice operated by Dr. Artinder P. Nagra.

Senior Associates Jessica Lilly and Zach Wyatte, Esq., facilitated the sale.Harrisburg – 1312 N. 3rd Street: A 3,772 SF mixed-use / mutli-family building in

Midtown, Harrisburg sold for $285,000. Sean Fitzsimmons represented the seller.

Leasing remained steady across the Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Lemoyne, Middletown,

Camp Hill, and New Cumberland submarkets.

4431 N. Front Street, Harrisburg (Suite 200) – Suite 200, ± 22,000 SF were leased in the

River Chase Office Building. Owner, Vision Group Ventures, represented by Michael

Curran, SIOR, President and Executive Managing Director and Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR.

The suite was leased to Michael Baker International, Inc, Pittsburgh-based leading

provider of engineering and consulting services.

12393 William Penn Highway, Thompsontown – Building 4, a 30,260 SF industrial

leased to Fidelity Paper and Supply, a premier packaging materials distribution company.

Nick Talley, Senior Associate, Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, and Michael Curran, SIOR

represented the landlord, JNJ Investment Group LLC.

5351 Jaycee Avenue, Harrisburg – Suite A, a 6,040 SF flex space leased to Capital

Medical Inc, a wholesaler providing a diverse range of medical supplies to healthcare

facilities across the region. Michael Curran, Jessica Lilly, and Danny Scott, Associate,

represented the landlord, Triple Crown Corporation.

1201 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown – Suites 101 & 102 were leased for a total of 4,064

SF of office space to Material Matters, an environmental consulting firm specializing in

biosolids and residuals management. Thomas Posavec, SIOR, Senior Vice President of

Corporate Services represented the landlord, Waterford Med Partners, LLC.

2601 Market Place, Harrisburg – Suite 420, a 3,756-square-foot industrial space, was

leased to Medallion Roofing, the parent company behind the national residential

re-roofing brand TimeProofUSA. Michael Curran, SIOR, Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, and

Jessica Lilly, represented the landlord, 2601 Market Company, LLC960 E Main Street, Mount Joy – A 3,946 SF turn-key medical suite in the Mount Joy

Professional Center leased as a new location for the Dermatology Associates of

the landlord, KLKD Properties, LLC.

2415 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill – Suite A, a 2,810 SF former beauty school was leased

to Restorativ Health and Beauty, a boutique medical spa specializing in advanced

aesthetics and holistic wellness solutions. Bo Mangam, Director of Sales & Leasing

represented the landlord, while Sean Fitzsimmons, Director of Sales & Leasing

represented the tenant.

875 Market Street, Lemoyne – (Lower Level) A 2,255 SF suite leased to Stevenson

Games, LLC, a local tabletop gaming store that offers a selection of board games, trading

card games (TCG), roleplaying game accessories, models, toys, and community gaming

events. Sean Fitzsimmons and Trey Brakefield represented both sides of the

transaction.

300 Bridge Street, New Cumberland – (First Floor) A 2,250 SF suite leased to Friends of

the West Shore Theatre for use as secondary rehearsal and storage space and for the

youth program. Nick Sallack, Senior Associate, represented the landlord in the

transaction.

6310 Allentown Boulevard, Harrisburg – (Suite 103) A 1,000 SF suite leased to Best in

Service Homecare LLC, a Harrisburgbased home care agency providing personal care,

companionship, and inhome supportive services to seniors and individuals who need

assistance with daily living. Tom Posavec, SIOR represented both sides of the

transaction.

4813 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg – (Suite 105R) A 1,234 SF suite In Liberty Square was

leased to the Harrisburg Islamic Center. Bo Mangam represented both sides of the

transaction.

4242 Carlisle Pike, Camp Hill – (Suite 105) The Anxiety & OCD Treatment Center of

Central PA, offering specialized treatment for Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and PTSDthroughout Central PA, Maryland, and South Carolina, leased a 1,151 SF suite as a

relocation and expansion for their practice. Jessica Lilly represented the tenant in the

transaction.
