CAMP HILL, PA – [February 9, 2026] - Landmark closed more than 30 transactions in the first three weeks of January, showcasing broad demand across nearly every asset class.
Harrisburg – 1890 S 19th St: A 64,800 NNN Value Add IOS Investment Sale for $5,550,000. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, CEO & Managing Principal and Michael Curran, SIOR, President & Executive Managing Director represented both sides.
Harrisburg – 5412–5430 Jonestown Rd: 18,207 SF retail property sold for $2,250,000.This property will be the home to a state-of-the-art beer distributor center. Bo Mangam, Director Sales & Leasing facilitated the procurement of the Beer Distribution License, the selection of the current site, and the acquisition of the property.
Harrisburg – 2745 N Front St: 13,700 SF riverfront office building sold for $1,040,000. Michael Curran, SIOR, President & Executive Managing Director, Nick Talley, Senior Associate, Nick Sallack, Senior Associate, and Zach Wyatte, ESQ, Associate represented both sides of the transaction.
Carlisle – 1511 Commerce Ave: 20,000 SF industrial property sold for $3,800,000. Darren Smith, Advisor, represented the seller, Richcreek Holdings, LLC, and Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, CEO & Managing Principal represented the buyer, Crosswest Beech Carlisle II, LLC.
North Fayette Township, Pittsburg, PA – Land Parcel: 4‑acre development site at the corner of Interstate 376 & Robinson Town Centre Boulevard. Justin Shoemaker, Executive Vice President represented the buyer, Ava Realty Pittsburgh LLC for $1,300,000. This will be the site of a new Residence Inn by Marriott.
2120 Market St, Camp Hill - An 8,461 SF office building sold for $1,000,000. Thomas Posavec, SIOR, Senior Vice President, Corporate Services represented the seller.
