Landmark Commercial Realty Reports Strong Transaction Momentum to Beginning 2026
CAMP HILL, PA – [February 9, 2026] - Landmark closed more than 30 transactions in the first three weeks of January, showcasing broad demand across nearly every asset class.
Harrisburg – 1890 S 19th St: A 64,800 NNN Value Add IOS Investment Sale for $5,550,000. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, CEO & Managing Principal and Michael Curran, SIOR, President & Executive Managing Director represented both sides. 
Harrisburg – 5412–5430 Jonestown Rd: 18,207 SF retail property sold for $2,250,000.This property will be the home to a state-of-the-art beer distributor center. Bo Mangam, Director Sales & Leasing facilitated the procurement of the Beer Distribution License, the selection of the current site, and the acquisition of the property.  
Harrisburg – 2745 N Front St: 13,700 SF riverfront office building sold for $1,040,000. Michael Curran, SIOR, President & Executive Managing Director, Nick Talley, Senior Associate, Nick Sallack, Senior Associate, and Zach Wyatte, ESQ, Associate represented both sides of the transaction.
Carlisle – 1511 Commerce Ave: 20,000 SF industrial property sold for $3,800,000. Darren Smith, Advisor, represented the seller, Richcreek Holdings, LLC, and Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, CEO & Managing Principal represented the buyer, Crosswest Beech Carlisle II, LLC. 
North Fayette Township, Pittsburg, PA – Land Parcel: 4‑acre development site at the corner of Interstate 376 & Robinson Town Centre Boulevard. Justin Shoemaker, Executive Vice President represented the buyer, Ava Realty Pittsburgh LLC for $1,300,000. This will be the site of a new Residence Inn by Marriott. 
2120 Market St, Camp Hill -  An 8,461 SF office building sold for $1,000,000. Thomas Posavec, SIOR, Senior Vice President, Corporate Services represented the seller.
These sales demonstrate both investor activity and strong owner‑user interest entering 2026.
Leasing demand remains active across Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Philadelphia, and other submarkets:
3211 N Front St, Harrisburg – Over 20,000 SF were leased at 3211 N Front Street, Harrisburg. Owner, Empire Front Street, LLC, represented by Bo Mangam, Director, Sales & Leasing. Suite 201 (10,321 SF) was leased to Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Suite 301 A (10,050 SF) was leased to Visit Hershey & Harrisburg, LLC.
4000 Crums Mill Rd, Harrisburg – 4,095 SF office lease. Michael Curran, SIOR, President & Executive Managing Director represented the landlord, Triple Crown Corporation and Nick Talley, Senior Associate, represented the tenant, Working America. 
300 N 2nd St, Harrisburg – 1,639 SF office lease. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, CEO & Managing Principal represented the landlord, Select Capital Commercial Properties. 
2 Penn Center Plaza, Philadelphia – 3,751 SF long‑term office lease completed. Thomas Posavec, SIOR, Senior Vice President of Corporate Services represented the tenant, Bowman & Brooke LP. 
5401 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg – Suite 14A, 1,578 SF leased to a nail salon user.  Justin Shoemaker, Executive Vice President, represented the tenant, Fons Nails & Spa LLC. This marks the fourth location for this business owner.
5060 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg – 1,500 SF suite in Building A, leased to US Coin Boards, LLC as an expansion to their current operations.  Sean Fitzsimmons, Director, Sales & Leasing and Trey Brakefield, Associate, represented the landlord and tenant. 
444 Railroad Ave, Shiremanstown – 9,575 SF industrial space leased for a 3-year term. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, CEO & Managing Principal represented the landlord, 444 Railroad Ave LLC and Nick Talley, Senior Associaterepresented the tenant, Country Foods, LLC. This space will serve as additional storage for the shelf-stable yogurt production company.
