York Cosplay! Con for Teens Slated December 13 YORK, PA – York County Libraries (YCL) will hold its annual “York Cosplay! Con” at Martin Library from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13. Geared to youth, ages 12-18, the event features a Teen Cosplay Fashion Show, panel discussions, Artist Alley, a fandom trade table, snacks, and selfie stations. New this year, organizers have added a panel discussion for parents. Registration for “York Cosplay! Con” is underway now through Friday, December 12
