York College of Pennsylvania to Debut “The Knowledge Park” Located in Piece of York History

York College of Pennsylvania invites members of the media to attend and cover the ceremonial ribbon cutting of The Knowledge Park, a new space dedicated to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and community partnerships.

What:
The ceremonial ribbon cutting for The Knowledge Park will include remarks from York College’s current and former presidents, a student research fellow actively engaged in Knowledge Park projects, as well as representatives from WellSpan Health, the Park’s inaugural tenant, and Warfel Construction, the project’s construction partner. It’s located at the historic site of an old paper mill dating back to the 1800s. While currently under construction, it will soon be a brand new, state-of-the-art hub for innovative projects at York College of Pennsylvania.
