York Business Improvement District Authority Welcomes New Members

Downtown Inc, the organization committed to driving, enhancing, and encouraging investment in Downtown York is proud to announce two new faces joining the York Business Improvement District Authority Board of Directors. 
 
Joining the Authority Board are Jason Phillips, with Coldwell Banker Homes, and Jason Sabol, with Stock & Leader. Both bring years of experience in real estate and municipal operations, respectively, as well as a passion for all things Downtown to the York Business Improvement District Authority Board of Directors.
 
Jason Phiilips is a dedicated community leader and real estate professional in York City. With a background in real estate development, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing the city’s image and residential appeal. As a member of the York Business Improvement Authority District, Jason is committed to fostering growth and promoting York City.
 
Jason Sabol has extensive municipal and non-profit management legal expertise. Jason is active in the downtown community and dedicated to a vibrant and sustainable business environment downtown. His passion for York shines through in his commitment to fostering community engagement and promoting initiatives that benefit residents and local entrepreneurs alike.
