Wagman Relocates Offices to Newly Renovated Building in York, PA

(York, PA) Wagman, a leader in heavy civil, general construction, and geotechnical construction services, is pleased to

announce the relocation of its headquarters to a newly renovated facility at 3265 Farmtrail Road in York, Pennsylvania.

The new location serves as the main office for Wagman, Inc., Wagman Construction, Inc., and Wagman Heavy Civil, Inc.,

including Wagman’s Geotechnical operations for the north.

Renovations to the building, which was originally constructed by Wagman Construction in 1994, began in December

2024 and were completed in September 2025. The project included a complete interior demolition and customized

design of office spaces, workstations, collaboration areas with conference rooms and training room outfitted with state-

of-the-art technology. It includes modernization of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, special attention to

finishes to bring in natural light throughout the interior, and improvements to the exterior.

Wagman’s Field Service Center, which maintains the company’s equipment fleet, will continue operating at Wagman’s

campus at 3290 North Susquehanna Trail, ensuring uninterrupted support for field operations.

Mike Glezer, CEO, states, “We chose this location for its proximity to our Susquehanna Trail campus—home to our yard,

warehouses, and Field Service Center—and its easy highway access. As our company has grown, we outgrew our

previous space and parking. This new facility provides the additional room we need with a more functional layout.

well into the future.”

The headquarters renovation project was designed by Warehaus, with Wagman Construction, Inc. serving as the general
