The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced Kathleen O’Neill has joined the company as its director of marketing.

The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced Kathleen O’Neill has joined the company as its director of marketing. 

Reporting to Shaun Lewy, IREGC’s vice president of operations, O'Neill is leading the strategic direction and marketing vision for IREGC and Moove In Storage. She will be developing high-impact marketing plans and championing the brand both internally and externally to support company growth and market positioning. 

“Kathleen brings a unique blend of marketing expertise and vision that will be instrumental as we continue to grow,” Lewy said. “Her background in both traditional and digital marketing makes her a perfect fit to lead our efforts in building stronger connections with our customers and partners.”

O'Neill joins IREGC with over 13 years of experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, content creation and branding. She has leadership experience in CPG, DTC, grocery, home improvement and agency settings. 

“I am thrilled to join the team at IRE,” O'Neill said. “I’m looking forward to using my experience to further enhance the company’s marketing strategies and movement forward in the self storage industry. I can’t wait to grow with the company.”

O’Neill received her bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She continued her education at Lebanon Valley College, where she earned her master’s in business administration.
