Mike Glezer, CEO of Wagman, Inc., Appointed Chair of the York County Community Foundation

(York, PA) Wagman is proud to announce that Mike Glezer, CEO of Wagman, Inc., was appointed Chair of the Board of

Directors for the York County Community Foundation (YCCF) at the annual meeting on May 7.

In this role, Glezer will help guide the Foundation’s strategic direction and support its mission to strengthen

communities across the county through philanthropy, leadership and collaboration. This appointment reflects a long-

standing commitment to community engagement and service that spans both professional and personal leadership.

The York County Community Foundation works to create a vibrant York County by engaging donors, providing

community leadership, and investing in high-impact initiatives. The Foundation stewards more than 700 endowed funds

and partners with donors and nonprofits to help them achieve their charitable goals.

Glezer has been involved with the organization since 2010. In addition to this role, he has a long history of community

and industry involvement. He has remained actively involved in community and industry leadership throughout his

career, serving in various board and leadership roles that support charitable initiatives, workforce development, and the

advancement of the construction and transportation industries. He has also been recognized for his professional

leadership, receiving Central Penn Business Journal’s (CPBJ) Top 300, Power 100 List, and Forty Under 40 distinctions.
