LEADERSHIP YORK RECRUITMENT OPEN FOR 2025 CLASSES

Leadership York is now accepting applications for the 2025 Classes of Leadership Training Program and Leadership for Diverse Schools.

The Leadership Training Program (LTP) is a nine-month, experiential leadership development program that prepares participants to get involved in the community and make a difference. Throughout the year, the class learns about York County history, services and systems, and community issues. Participants discover their individual learning styles and learn to work effectively with others by fine-tuning their leadership skills, enhancing their knowledge, and receiving guidance in choosing and applying for a board, elected, or appointed position. LTP provides access to additional opportunities for partnerships and new business relationships.

Leadership for Diverse Schools (LDS) is a nine-month, experiential leadership development program exploring personal bias and learning to interact more effectively with all populations of students, parents, and colleagues. LDS fosters understanding, acceptance, and tolerance so educators and agency professionals can be leaders in building culturally proficient communities within their districts/agencies.
