The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced that it has hired Steven Debaugh as operations manager.

Debaugh will support Vice President of Operations Shaun Lewy in overseeing workflows, as well as ensuring operational excellence across all self storage facilities. He brings extensive experience in property management and operations, most recently serving as regional manager for a self storage company. 

“I’m excited to join IREGC and contribute to its continued success,” Debaugh said. “I look forward to leveraging my operational experience to help the company grow and deliver outstanding service.”
