INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE EXPANDS WITH ACQUISITION OF THREE FACILITIES IN ROME, NY

 Investment Real Estate LLC (IRE) today announced the acquisition of three storage sites in upstate NY. Located at 2016 Bateaux Lane, 101 Park Ave., and 1224 Floyd Ave., these Rome, New York facilities will now be part of IRE’s Moove In Self Storage portfolio.

In addition, the previously family owned and operated facilities are comprised of 19 different buildings. Placed just 10 miles from Moove In Frankfort and two hours from Moove In Glenmont, this acquisition adds to Moove In’s portfolio of over 80 locations. The facility's entrance is strategically located at the intersection of Route 46 and Route 69, providing visibility to approximately 9,700 vehicles daily.
