York, PA – First Capital Federal Credit Union is pleased to promote Bobbie Ford, Assistant Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance, to Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance. 
Bobbie Ford has been with First Capital Federal Credit Union for the past 6 years having served as the Assistant Vice President of Member Services & Assistant Vice President of Risk Management. Bobbie has been in financial services industry for over 20 years serving in both retail and operations positions throughout her career.
 
Bobbie is active in the community serving as the President of the Women’s Referral Exchange Network in York and the President of the Northeastern High School Baseball Boosters Club. Bobbie resides in York County with her husband and two sons.
