Stefko Consulting is pleased to welcome Dr. Louis Wilford as Business Development Manager. His responsibilities include supporting strategic business development efforts, leadership development solutions, organizational effectiveness initiatives, healthcare consulting opportunities, executive coaching, and client relationship growth.

Dr. Wilford is an accomplished leadership strategist, organizational development consultant, executive coach, and executive education facilitator with extensive experience supporting organizational growth, workforce performance, and leadership effectiveness across healthcare, manufacturing, higher education, financial services, and corporate operations.

Prior to and throughout his consulting career, Dr. Wilford led and supported large-scale talent management and leadership development initiatives within a multi-state organization of more than 26,000 employees. His work focused on leadership development, succession readiness, employee engagement, workforce effectiveness, coaching, and operational performance improvement. Contributions included supporting retention improvement initiatives, strengthening leadership pipelines, increasing internal promotion-readiness, improving employee development efforts, and developing customized leadership programs aligned with organizational goals and operational outcomes.

 Dr. Wilford provides executive coaching, keynote speaking, leadership development, and strategic consulting services to help organizations strengthen culture, leadership capability, communication effectiveness, and long-term performance. He is recognized for combining evidence-based leadership strategies with practical applications that create measurable impact for leaders, teams, and organizations.

In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Wilford serves in executive education and leadership facilitation roles, delivering programs focused on emotional intelligence, communication effectiveness, executive presence, conflict management, coaching, and leadership performance. His work is known for connecting leadership development directly to operational excellence, team effectiveness, and business outcomes.
In his role with Stefko Consulting, Dr. Wilford will support business development efforts, strategic partnerships, healthcare and organizational consulting initiatives, and leadership development solutions that help clients strengthen culture, performance, operational alignment, and long-term growth.
