Community Progress Council (CPC) is pleased to welcome Lisa Ritt as Director of Facilities, a leadership
role focused on overseeing the organization’s facilities operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and
welcoming environments across its locations.
Ritt is a Certified Facility Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in facilities management,
operations, and leadership across commercial and multi-site environments. Prior to joining Community
Progress Council, she has held leadership roles overseeing facilities operations, capital projects,
maintenance teams, vendor partnerships, safety programs, and property portfolios spanning multiple
states.
As Director of Facilities, Ritt will lead the strategic planning and day-to-day management of CPC’s 20+
locations throughout York County, working collaboratively across departments to ensure that spaces
support team members, participants, and families while advancing the organization’s mission.

Beyond her professional career, Ritt has dedicated significant time to volunteer service throughout York
County. She previously served as an Adoption Coordinator for a regional dog rescue organization, helping
hundreds of dogs find permanent homes, and has supported numerous local nonprofits and initiatives
focused on animal welfare, housing, food insecurity, and family services.# # #
