Burkentine Builders Breaks Ground on Their 100,000-Square-Foot Warehouse in

Shippensburg, Pennsylvania

Shippensburg, PA - Burkentine Builders is excited to announce that they officially broke ground

on their 100,000-square-foot warehouse project in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, on March 26th,

2026. The warehouse is set to be designed for high-volume distribution with approximately 32

dock doors, a 130' truck court, and 32' clear ceiling height.

The high-traffic location, at the intersection of Cramer Road and Walnut Bottom Road, is near

Exit 29 of I-81, often referred to as the I-81 Logistics Center.

In attendance were Bryan Burkentine, Owner of Burkentine Builders, Conewago Industries,

Wendy Kipe, President of the Shippensburg Chamber of Commerce, and Kristin McGee,

Constituent Relations Specialist for Senator Rothman.
