BOROUGH OF HANOVER TO HOST PUBLIC MEETING ON 2025 BUDGET

The Borough of Hanover in Hanover, Pa., York County, will hold its annual budget workshop on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., in the Borough Council chambers located in the lower level of the Administrative Building at 44 Frederick Street, Hanover. The meeting is open to the public, and all interested citizens are invited to attend. Anyone requiring special accommodations should contact the Borough secretary at least 48 hours in advance at 717-637-3877 or DFelix@HanoverBoroughPA.gov. The meeting will be recorded and made available on the Borough website following the event for those unable to attend.
 
The budget workshop allows for in-depth discussion on various aspects of the budget, operational needs, and grant funding. In November, Borough Council will approve the final draft of the budget to be posted for public viewing on the Borough’s website and at the administrative office, allowing residents and stakeholders the opportunity to present input at public meetings prior to adoption by Council in December.
