American Marketing Association Central PA to Host Inaugural Marketing Conference

The American Marketing Association (AMA) Central Pennsylvania Chapter will host its first-ever marketing conference, “Rise Above the Noise: Today’s Modern Marketing” on Aug. 8 in Downtown Harrisburg.
 
Presented and hosted by Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, this dynamic one-day event will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8 at Harrisburg University, 326 Market. St. in Harrisburg. The conference will feature educational sessions from more than 12 industry leaders and ample opportunities to network with local marketing professionals. 
 
The AMA Central PA Marketing Conference will also feature Mark Schaefer – globally recognized marketing consultant, futurist and author – as the keynote speaker. During his presentation, Schaefer will offer his insights on how businesses and organizations can make sense of the artificial intelligence (AI) hype and provide practical applications for harnessing AI.
 
The conference is an important way for the growing AMA chapter to offer value to its members and to the marketing community of Central Pennsylvania, said Devin Langan, president of AMA Central PA and director of operations at Langan Financial Group.
