Description
The development team of Thackston Park Phase II, a much anticipated affordable housing development to be located on West College Avenue and Brooklyn Avenue in the City of York invites the public to a presentation of its development plan. The anticipated development to be located at the existing Codorus Homes site and is a partnership of the Housing Authority of the City of York (YHA) and Creating Opportunities in Neighborhood Environments, Inc. (CONE, Inc.) its affiliated non-profit corporation.
The public presentation will be made on May 23, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at Penn Market located at the corner of West Market and Penn Street, 380 West Market Street in York.
The development team will present the development plan to the public. The project architect as well as other members of the YHA and CONE, Inc. team will be available to answer any questions about the proposed project.
