Topic: Stepping Up to the Plate: Getting Results with Positive Accountability
Speaker: Thomas F. Blaisse, MA. Tom Blaisse’s mission is “turning on lights, so people can shine.”
During his 30 year career, Tom has delivered more than 3,000 presentations and workshops to more than 100,000 participants in a variety of industries. Formerly one of Franklin Covey Co.’s highest rated trainers, Tom is now principal of TFB Consulting, specializing Leadership Accountability; Performance Management, and Effective Communications. He also serves as Leadership Consultant and Supervisor Certification Program Coordinator for the Manufacturers’ Association.
Tom holds a Bachelors Degree in Theatre and Speech from De Sales University in Allentown, and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Rider University in Trenton, NJ. He is also a published poet, author, singer and songwriter.
