We hope you can join the YCEA as we celebrate the grand opening of the York County SPCA's newly constructed dog play yards and 100 years of serving our community!
 
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place on Friday, July 24 at 11:00 AM at the York County SPCA, 3159 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.
 
A message from the York County SPCA:
 
As we celebrate 100 years of serving animals and the people who love them, we're excited to unveil our newly constructed dog play yards, an important investment in the physical and behavioral well-being of the dogs in our care.
 
Among other benefits, the new yards will expand our ability to offer dog play groups which give our shelter dogs opportunities to safely socialize, exercise, reduce stress, and build confidence while allowing our staff to better understand each dog's unique personality. These experiences not only improve quality of life during their shelter stay but also help set them up for success in their future homes.
 
More than just a new space, these play yards represent our continued commitment to providing essential services that protect animals and support the people and communities who depend on us. We're grateful to everyone whose generosity helped bring this project to life, and we hope you'll join us in celebrating this special milestone.
