Description
This month, we'll get a real estate update from a panel of industry experts. The panel discussion will be moderated by Felicia Dell, Director, York County Planning Commission.
Attendees have the option of joining us in person for breakfast at the Wyndham Garden York, or receiving a link to a recorded video of the event that will be sent out within one business day. Breakfast will be provided as a served buffet. As a reminder, all guests are required to be masked at all times, regardless of vaccination status, except while they are eating.
About the Panelists
David L. Bode
Managing Partner, ROCK Commercial Real Estate
David is a principal member in the formation of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, which was launched in 2001. He has more than 34 years of experience in real estate and holds both CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. David specializes in owner representation within the office and industrial markets and has a thorough knowledge of investment analysis and consulting for corporate and institutional users and investors.
Jonathan Bowser is President & CEO of Steel Works Construction and Managing Partner of Integrated Development Partners Holdings, LLC. Jonathan oversees the day-to-day activities and strategic plan of both Steel Works Construction, which is a construction management firm and also IDP, which is a real estate development company. Prior to starting these companies four years ago, he was the President and CEO of Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation.

Sam is the Broker of Record for Inch & Co. Real Estate. He recruits, supervises, and provides training and direction to more than 40 Realtors. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a full refund are accepted until seven days prior to an in-person event. Once the deadline is past, there is no refund for those who have registered for an in-person event and cancelled, and unpaid registrations will be billed for the function, whether they attend or not. Registrations may be transferred to another person upon notifying the York County Economic Alliance. No refunds are offered for cancellations of virtual event registrations, however a credit for a future virtual event can be applied for cancellations given within 48 hours of the event.
