Join us for "Creating a Culture of Belonging: How to Foster a Welcoming Workplace," our next Economic Breakfast Club series event on October 30 at the Wyndham Garden York.
We'll hear from RHI Magnesita, UPMC, and Cintas, three local companies who have been at the forefront of inclusive growth to build and retain their workforce. They'll discuss the evolution of their company and how they've embraced belonging in their own workplace to foster diverse teams that drive innovation and creativity.
Whether you're a business leader, HR professional, or an advocate for diversity, this event will inspire you to champion inclusivity in your own workplace.
The Economics Club Breakfast series offers an informative monthly breakfast and provides attendees the opportunity to network with key business and community leaders. A variety of speakers discuss economic and business updates important to York County.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a full refund are accepted until seven days prior to an in-person event. Once the deadline is past, there is no refund for those who have registered for an in-person event and cancelled, and unpaid registrations will be billed for the function, whether they attend or not. Registrations may be transferred to another person upon notifying the York County Economic Alliance. No refunds are offered for cancellations of virtual event registrations, however a credit for a future virtual event can be applied for cancellations given within 48 hours of the event.
