- For our second session, Natalee Gunderson, President and CEO of the York County Community Foundation and Victoria Connor, President and CEO of the York County Bar Association and the York County Bar Foundation discuss the complexities of career transitions for women. They’ll highlight the fears we have with change, how to recognize your opportunities for growth, advocating for yourself, and how mentors can help you navigate the transitions. You’ll leave with tips on how to embrace change and continue to grow in your career.

- 10:45 am: Managing Change through Intentional Communication | Ronalda Sedeno, Realize the Greatness
- In this session we will explore navigating change by understanding the three phases of transition. We will examine how the leadership communication plan empowers staff to embrace change and move through the process. Attendees will gain the awareness of each phase, identify unique markers, and gain techniques to minimize negative outcomes.

The WBCO (Women's Business Center Organization) is an affiliate of the York County Economic Alliance whose mission is to provide opportunities for professional growth through education, mentorship, and advocacy for women to thrive in York County.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a full refund are accepted until seven days prior to an in-person event. Once the deadline is past, there is no refund for those who have registered for an in-person event and cancelled, and unpaid registrations will be billed for the function, whether they attend or not. Registrations may be transferred to another person upon notifying the York County Economic Alliance. No refunds are offered for cancellations of virtual event registrations, however a credit for a future virtual event can be applied for cancellations given within 48 hours of the event.
