Our experienced employment attorneys continue to follow trends, new laws and regulations that will have a prominent impact on employers. We hope you’ll join us for the first seminar, the 2024 Employment Law Update on February 29. Attorneys Walter A Tilley, Sarah L. Doyle, and Christopher L. Harris will discuss:
- In 2023, the NLRB issued new case law decisions that impact both union AND non-union employers: what you need to know about changes to employee handbook provisions and certain employee agreements.
- A look back at 2023 EEO cases: How these court decisions may impact employers in central Pennsylvania.
- Retaliation claims are still the most common claims against employers. We’ll discuss how they put you at risk even when you make the right employment decisions.
