PennCares, in addition to offering In-Home Care and Professional Training Courses for Caregivers,  offers intergrated preschools that allow young children with and without disabilities to play, develop and learn together while promoting a sense of belonging for every child. 

Paying preschool tuition can be a challenge for many families. It can be expensive with all the overhead costs of operations and qualified teachers' salaries. In the long run, though, research shows preschool creates dozens of positive long term effects.
