YORK, Pa.

– York College of Pennsylvania will honor 525 graduates at its Spring 2026

Commencement on Saturday, May 9. The ceremonies will be held in the M&T Bank Field House at

the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center.

Bryce Johnston, a 2011 York College alumnus and Senior Vice President of Football

Administration/Senior Personnel Executive for the Atlanta Falcons, will deliver the Commencement

Address. A Sport Management graduate, Johnston has built a distinguished career in the National

Football League and remains an engaged member of the York College community.

“We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2026 and everything they’ve accomplished during their

time at York College,

” said Dr. Thomas Burns, President of York College.

“They’ve shown

resilience, curiosity, and a real commitment to growing both in and out of the classroom.

Commencement is a chance to celebrate how far they’ve come and to look toward the impact they

are ready to make in their careers.

The morning ceremony will begin at 9:15 a.m., with doors opening at 8:15 a.m. This ceremony will

recognize graduates from the School of the Arts, Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences and

the Kinsley School of Engineering, Sciences, and Technology.

The afternoon ceremony will begin at 3:15 p.m., with doors opening at 2:15 p.m. This ceremony will

include graduates from the Graham School of Business and the Dr. Donald E. and Lois J. Meyers

School of Nursing and Health Professions.

including at the iconic Ol’ Spart, affectionately known as “the Rock.

” Continuing a beloved tradition,

graduates sign Ol’ Spart to commemorate their time at York College.

“As we send off this class, we are confident in their ability to lead with purpose and integrity,

” Dr.

Burns added.

“They leave York College as Spartans for Life, ready to shape the future in ways both

large and small.
