York College of Pennsylvania Announces New Board of Trustees Members

York College of Pennsylvania proudly announces the appointment of four new

members to its Board of Trustees, who will serve as part of the Class of 2028. The College also

recognizes alumna Maria Musti Cook, the Honorable President Judge of York County, with the

distinguished title of Trustee Emerita.

“We are thrilled to welcome this exceptional group of leaders to the Board,” said Dr. Thomas Burns, President of York College.

“Their expertise and deep commitment to community will be invaluable as York College continues to grow as a catalyst for opportunity and progress in the region.”

New Trustees – Class of 2028:

● Jenny Englerth

President & CEO, Family First Health

With more than 25 years dedicated to advancing health equity, Jenny Englerth has led

Family First Health since 2004. Under her leadership, the organization has doubled its

reach while maintaining a focus on high-quality, accessible care. She is a respected

voice in healthcare policy and currently chairs the Healthy York Coalition.

● Michael H. Hady III

President & CEO, Powder Mill Foundation

Michael Hady brings a wealth of experience from roles in healthcare, banking, and

community development. As the first CEO of the Powder Mill Foundation, he has

strengthened the impact of philanthropy in York. His leadership and service have been

recognized by numerous civic organizations.

● Rob Kinsley

President, Kinsley Holding Company

A registered architect and business leader, Rob Kinsley has shaped the physical and

economic landscape of the region through decades of work in architecture, engineering,

and construction. His influence extends across Pennsylvania and Maryland through the

companies he leads and the projects he champions.

● Kevin Schreiber ’02

President & CEO, York County Economic Alliance

A proud York College alumnus, Kevin Schreiber has dedicated his career to economic

growth and civic leadership. At the helm of YCEA, he has launched transformative

initiatives in entrepreneurship, redevelopment, and regional collaboration, further

enhancing the College’s connection to the community.

Honoring Maria Musti Cook, Trustee Emerita

York College also celebrates Maria Musti Cook ’81, President Judge of the Court of

Common Pleas of York County, as its newest Trustee Emerita. A trailblazer in the legal

profession, Judge Cook is the first female President Judge in York County’s history. A

longtime supporter of York College and advocate for justice and education, she served

with distinction on the Board of Trustees and continues to inspire future generations of

leaders.

played such a formative role in my own life," said Judge Maria Musti Cook.“I am deeply

grateful for this recognition and look forward to watching York College continue to thrive
