Conferences like this give us the chance to share knowledge, find support, and forge connections that can help women navigate the challenges and joys of survivorship.”

Experts covered a variety of topics, including menopause management (both hormonal and non-hormonal), as well as strategies for optimizing weight and cardiovascular health. A dietitian conducted a live cooking demonstration, while physical therapists and exercise professionals led sessions to get everyone moving.
