OVER ONE HUNDRED PARTICIPANTS COMPLETE LEADERSHIP YORK PROGRAMS 
This spring, over 115 individuals representing a variety of schools, businesses, and nonprofit organizations throughout York County completed Leadership York programs.
Leadership York's mission is to train, connect, and inspire individuals to serve the York County community in leadership positions. Founded in 1978, the organization boasts just under 4,800 graduates from its seven programs. These graduates provide leadership to hundreds of nonprofit organizations, businesses, schools, and government entities throughout the region, helping strengthen the community through service, civic engagement, and volunteer leadership. Leadership York remains the premier resource for developing inspired leaders for our changing community.
Applications are currently open for several Leadership York programs, including the Leadership Training Program (LTP), Mentorship York (MY), and our newest program, CONNECT: Training Leaders for Youth Success. Each program is designed to equip participants with the skills, connections, and experiences needed to lead effectively and make a meaningful impact in York County.
