James Meisenbach Joins HRG as GIS Group Manager

James Meisenbach has joined Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) as a GIS Group Manager.  Meisenbach helps clients leverage spatial data for smart decision-making about their infrastructure. His professional experience spans most types of assets: transportation, water and wastewater systems, fiber optic communications infrastructure, municipal public works, upstream and midstream oil and gas, and MS4 compliance.

Meisenbach also serves his community as a volunteer firefighter and emergency responder with the Columbia Borough Fire Department.
