First Capital Federal Credit Union Wraps Up its First Quarter Breakfast Tour!

On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, the senior managers concluded their Breakfast Tour with a final stop at our South York branch. The Senior Manager Breakfast Tour is a special initiative where the executive leadership team visit each branch to personally cook and serve breakfast to our dedicated employees.

This tour is more than just a meal; it’s an opportunity for senior leadership to connect with team members, express appreciation, and foster a strong, collaborative culture across all First Capital locations. By stepping behind the serving table, our senior managers are reinforcing our commitment to open communication and employee engagement.

“At First Capital, we recognize that our employees are the heart of our success,” said Sue DeStephano, President/CEO. “This tour is one way we show our appreciation and ensure that every team member knows they are valued and heard.”

The Senior Manager Breakfast Tour took place from January through March, with stops at each branch to start the workday on a positive note. Employees at each stop were also encouraged to wear slippers for a special slipper contest in which Senior Managers voted for their favorite pair and awarded a gift card to the winner.
