School of Rock York's 2nd Birthday

(YORK, PA) - School of Rock is celebrating its second year of being open in York.

A celebration will be held on Saturday, December 13th from 1PM to 4PM at the school.

The event is free and open to the public.

Live music performed by the School of Rock House Band and School of Rock’s

teachers, tours of the school, and free group trial music sessions will be included in the

festivities.

Beginners 4 through 13-years-old can attend a free group trial music session by visiting

“School of Rock is more than just a place to become a musician; it’s a community where

students can connect and belong,

” said owner Bernadette Lauer. “We have helped our

students build confidence, make friendships, create positive memories, and develop

musical skills. It’s been an amazing and rewarding experience to be a part of.

School of Rock offers music education with a focus on performing for age 4 through

adult. Programs in guitar, bass, keyboard, drums and singing are available.
