The summit brings together all of the Trail Town Action Team members, partners, businesses, and external networks in an opportunity to highlight the work to date and spotlight projects on the horizon.

• 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm | Kick-Off and Keynote Speaker
  • Welcome from YCEA and Keynote on How Trail Towns are Nationally Helping to Develop Communities from Amy Camp of Cycle Forward
• 1:45 pm – 2:45 pm |Action Team Round Robin Updates
  • Updates from each trail town on current projects in each community.
• 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm | Improving the Trail Towns Experience
  • Session on program-wide updates and new efforts to improve and strengthen the visitor experience.
• 3:30 pm – 4:15 pm | Putting Best Practices in Action
  • Collaborative session with an expert panel on how to adopt Main Street strategies and leverage the outdoor economy and additional resources.
