A message from New Concept Hair Studio:
Initially New Concept Hair Studio was being run by my mother! Angie Rodriguez and I have taken ownership of the building and are reopening the salon with the same name. This ribbon cutting event is to let the community know we have reopened and are ready to provide the community the same great service the previous owner provided.
