We hope you can join the YCEA in celebrating a Ribbon Cutting at the Open House for the Reentry Opportunity Center, better known as the ROC.
Located at 3400 Concord Road in York, PA, 17402; the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place Thursday, April 18th at 11:00am. There will be an Open House running from 10:00am-2:00pm.
