Join us for our 2020-2021 season finale March Economics Club breakfast as we welcome Moriah Hathaway, executive director of the Pennsylvania Commission on Women, to share an update on their work of advising the Governor on policies and legislation that impact women; supporting economic and civic opportunities for women; encouraging mentoring programs for girls and young women; identifying programs and opportunities for the benefit and advancement of women; and serving as a resource center for Pennsylvania women.
Before becoming executive director of the Pennsylvania Commission for Women, Moriah served as the special assistant to the Governor’s Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. She grew up in southwestern Pennsylvania and worked on several campaigns in the area. She is also a member of the Shippensburg University Alumni Association Board of Directors.
Following the program will be a Q&A session open to all attendees.
