Hear about current efforts to address the myriad of issues related to anti-social behaviors, homelessness, and the state of housing in Downtown York. Kristin Paradise, Central Region Director for Governor Shapiro's Office will also provide an overview of the newly released Executive Order on Housing and Homelessness.
