Building on the themes introduced during Pathway to Potential: Understanding the Economy & Identifying Opportunities in the Workforce, this forum moves the conversation from economic insights to actionable solutions, exploring how our community can work together to connect people to opportunity and strengthen York County's workforce for the future.
As part of the county’s workforce efforts under “Pathways to Prosperity”, this bi-annual forum brings together employers, educators, workforce development professionals, and community partners to explore innovative solutions to today's workforce challenges. Attendees will gain valuable insights into talent attraction and retention, workforce training opportunities, emerging trends, and resources available to help employers build and strengthen their talent pipelines.
Through interactive breakout sessions, participants will engage in timely conversations on topics including re-entry workforce strategies, transportation and rideshare initiatives, career pathways and workforce trends, and the growing role of AI and technology in the workplace. Whether you're seeking new approaches to workforce development or looking to connect with partners who can support your organization's talent needs, this forum offers practical ideas and meaningful connections to help drive success.
