A York, PA based real estate development and consulting company, Susquehanna Real Estate was established over twenty years ago as the real estate division of Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co., a national corporation with divisions in dinnerware, radio broadcasting, cable systems, internet services and e-business products. Today, as a separate business entity, we deliver exceptional results with expertise in urban planning, community and economic development, finance, marketing, and strategic planning. We offer site evaluation, lease/purchase negotiations, land development planning, design and engineering oversight, construction management, financing, marketing, leasing, and real estate development and investment evaluation.
