His service includes York County’s chief legal advisor and general counsel, Assistant District Attorney, a Special Assistant US Attorney, and solicitor for municipalities, authorities, and local officials.

Glenn has volunteered countless hours to support community development earning his former firm the Downtown 1st Awards Large Business of the Year and his own recognition as Individual of the Year. He has also been named a Select Lawyer by Susquehanna Style magazine.

Glenn serves as the York County Bar Association Board of Directors Chair Elect, is the President of Explore York! and has held leadership roles with the YCEA, the Rotary Club of York, and has been nominated for Appointed Official of the Year.
