I’m fortunate to have joined Caterpillar’s York Distribution Center as HR Manager in August of our historic 2025 Centennial year—a milestone that celebrates a century of excellence and signals an exciting future ahead. Starting during such a pivotal time has deepened my commitment to advancing initiatives that shape the next era of our workforce. With over a decade of HR leadership experience, I’m passionate about integrating generative AI into HR strategies and fostering cultural awareness to strengthen engagement and organizational performance. My academic foundation in cultural anthropology drives my approach to creating inclusive environments and understanding what motivates people. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring diverse cultures, and capturing stories through photography—reminders of the human connections that inspire progress.
