Our April Economics Club will feature panelists discussing childcare and the workforce.
Join us to hear more about the importance of investing in early childcare education and the challenges within the childcare landscape, ranging from accessibility to affordability, to quality of care. This discussion will also cover how these challenges impact broader labor issues such as workforce participation, general equality and economic productivity.
Our panelists will weigh in on how we can improve access to affordable childcare and how we can implement supportive workplace policies that help us dismantle systematic barriers that hinder our labor force.
The Economics Club Breakfast series offers an informative monthly breakfast and provides attendees the opportunity to network with key business and community leaders. A variety of speakers discuss economic and business updates important to York County.
Contact Casey Nixon to learn more about joining the Economics Club.
