The event is part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region's 2nd Annual Youth Leadership Summit\, sponsored by The GIANT Company.\n\n\n\nMentor young leaders on available career paths\, share current job openings and discuss company initiatives\, successes and challenges. With a focus on diversity & disruption\, seat assignments will be random in order to facilitate conversations with youth and business leaders.
