Albemarle Street! \n\n\n\nThe Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place on Friday October 14th\, at 2:00 p.m.  \n\n\n\nPlease see the message below from York Habitat ReStore:\n\nThe York Habitat for Humanity team is excited to reopen the York Habitat ReStore at our brand new location at 463 S. Albemarle Street. The ReStore is an alternative to other big box stores\, offering home furnishings and building materials at a fraction of the cost to decorate and fix up your home. Proceeds from the sale of these items is returned directly to York Habitat's mission\, funding the construction of safe\, affordable\, and healthy homes for local families in need.\n\n\n\nDriven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live\, Habitat for Humanity began in 1976 as a grassroots effort\, and came to York County in 1985. Since then\, York Habitat has built over 145 homes to serve over 750 local community members in their search for affordable homeownership. Families and individuals in need of a hand up partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Through financial support\, volunteering or adding a voice to support affordable housing\, everyone can help families achieve the strength\, stability and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves.
