DESCRIPTION:We hope you can join the YCEA in celebrating the Grand Opening of Eagle View Park. at 2480 West Canal Road Dover\, PA 17315.\n\n\n\nThe Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place Tuesday\, September 19th at 3:30pm. \n\n\n\nA message from Dover Township about Eagle View Park:\nDover Township is a Second-Class Township with approximately 23\,000 residents. We provide municipal services such as water\, wastewater collections and treatment\, road and storm water maintenance as well as parks and recreation opportunities. Eagle View Park is our newest and largest park at approximately 50 acres. It is located to the rear of the Dover Township Municipal Offices at 2480 West Canal Road. Eagle View Park is home to the Fox Run Floodplain Restoration Project which awarded the 2023 DEP Governor's Award for Environmental Excellence. In addition\, in 2023 we completed the first phase of park amenities which included walking trails\, a pavilion with fireplace\, an outdoor classroom and pedestrian bridges which connect the park to Dover Middle School. Future improvements will include a baseball field\, playground\, amphitheater\, bathroom and concession areas and much more!
