DESCRIPTION:We hope you can join the YCEA and Downtown Inc in celebrating the the 7th Anniversary of Collusion Tap Works located at 105 S. Howard St.\, York\, PA 17401. \n\n\n\nThe Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place Friday\, September 1st at 2:00pm. \n\n\n\nA message from Collusion Tap Works:\n\nCollusion Tap Works offers 24 draft lines of beer brewed onsite\, alongside a fantastic food menu\, outdoor seating\, and dog-friendly areas. We are unique in the fact that we offer more beer variety than any other brewery in the area\, and hope to for years to come. Founded by Jared\, Chuck\, and Doug Barnes\, the location features a modern setting complete with a 7-barrel brew house\, 1-barrel pilot system\, and a minimalistic style kitchen in the tasting room. Check out the Tap Menu here.\n\n \n\nJared Barnes\, head brewer\, was born and raised in York. After attending the Siebel Institute Master Brewers Course and finishing his education at Doemens Academy in Munich Germany for Brewing Technology\, Jared began his brewing career at Southern Tier Brewing Company in New York. He has since led brewing operations at Darwin Brewing Company in Florida\, Mispillion River Brewing in Delaware\, and most recently was the head brewer at Wyndridge Farms in Dallastown\, PA until May of 2015.
