WHAT: York County Libraries will officially celebrate the reopening of Martin Library with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours of the newly renovated library. The ceremony is being held three years after YCL originally revealed building, renovation, and expansion plans for three library locations during an April 2019 press conference. Martin Library is the second of the three capital campaign projects to be completed. Kreutz Creek Library in Hellam opened earlier this year and Kaltreider-Benfer Library is expected to be completed in early 2023.
