York College to host several fall events for students considering college

York College of Pennsylvania will host several events for students who are interested in finding out more about what the College has to offer. For information on these events, contact Senior Associate Director of Admissions Nan Noel at 717-815-1769 or nnoel@ycp.edu or visit www.ycp.edu/visit.
 
The York County Regional College Fair, held on Oct. 14 at the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center (899 South Richland Avenue), will feature representatives from more than 120 colleges, universities and technical schools. The event is free; no registration is required. Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling, the Fair is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. High-school students in 10th, 11th and 12th grade and their parents are invited to attend, as well as transfer students and adult learners.
 
Senior Open Houses will be held on Oct. 26 and Nov. 9. Seniors in high school and those currently enrolled at other colleges who are considering transferring will have the opportunity to meet current students, chat with faculty and administration, learn about admissions and financial aid, tour campus, sample campus food and get answers to any questions they may have. Senior Open Houses are held from 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. in the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center.
